AGDG DD61 UPDATE


Happy Demo Day everyone. Coming atcha with a brand new update. Hope you enjoy it.
As is tradition at this point, the majority of the updates made for this build were done within the 5 days leading up to demo day. Once again, let me know if you find any bugs or if any shit sucks, it is much appreciated :)
UPDATES FOR AGDG DEMO DAY 61:
- a timer system inspired by RE4 mercenaries to disincentivize lame play
- a proper main menu and game over screen
- UI + font updates
- a new unlockable and barely playtested level!
- visual updates to reduce contrast on background assets
- objects + detail added to levels
- several small bugfixes

I hinted in my last update that I was considering revisiting this project later and putting it on Steam. I've got a few updates to make , but once those updates are made I'm thinking of putting this up just for the experience of doing so. I'm hoping it will make future steam uploads go more smoothly and be a good learning experience. If anyone reading this has experience publishing to steam feel free to reach out, your thoughts would be much appreciated.
